李鹏，博士，教授级高级工程师，国家中青年科技创新领军人才，南方电网公司首席人工智能官、首席专业技术专家，中国电子学会理事，IEEE PES数字电网技术委员会（中国）主席，中电联电力微型智能传感标准化技术委员会主任委员，中电联电力集成电路标准化技术委员会副主任委员，广东省数字电网技术重点实验室主任。曾以主要完成人获中国专利金奖1项，省部级技术发明/科技进步一等奖5项，授权发明专利150余项。
